This quality staff is fully trained and experienced on new model launches, mass production developments and process improvements. We use Poke-Yoke and Lean Manufacturing methodologies. APQP, PPAP, SPC, Tech Reviews, etc. are fully utilized and/or submitted to customers during new model start-up and as required. We have a well proved experience on lot control, color traceability, color controls and line sequencing.

Our outstanding Quality Performance is proven through our Supplier Rating. We have delivered 5 million plus sets of Automotive components to 17 Divisional Lear Facilities with zero rejections, achieving the highest RPPM score of 30 per month.
